Krishnamurti in Universities

Our new university booklet

Brockwood Development Office has assembled an 'Introducing Krishnamurti Pack' which we would like to share with universities. Interested parties can then more easily host their own Krishnamurti screenings and discussions and share Krishnamurti's teachings among the younger generations.

This offer is free to both students and faculty and the pack that we will send includes dvds containing the four talks the occurred at San Diego State University in 1970. This will be accompanied by a bundle of booklets (for free circulation) introducing Krishnamurti and his teachings and a dozen posters that can be used for advertising the events. For requests made from outside the UK postal charges may apply.

This offer comes following the recent success of a series of Krishnamurti discussions on dvd shown at SOAS (the School of Oriental and African Studies) in London, over the course of the last academic year. These proved very popular and at their peak attracted an audience of 110 people. The monthly showings occurred courtesy of a faculty member who made all of the necessary arrangements, securing a lecture theatre and access to the equipment required to screen the talks.

If you would like to take up the offer or discuss any aspect of it, please email us at development@brockwood.org.uk or call on +44 (0) 1962 793 820
